Who can post jobs?
Any company or merchant on Ampezy with an active subscription. Each entity gets its own careers page and a shared talent pool of candidates.
Where do candidates come from?
Two sources: (1) the public job board on ampezy.com/talent that anyone can browse and apply on, and (2) Ampezy users — Wallet users and Merit members see your jobs in their feed and on the public board.
What is a Merit profile and do candidates need one?
Merit is the portable professional identity that anyone (employed at an Ampezy-customer or not) can create. Candidates do NOT need a Merit profile to apply — anyone can apply with email + resume. But when an applicant happens to have one, you see their KYC-verified identity, work history, and achievements attached automatically.
Can a candidate apply without an Ampezy account?
Yes. Public board applicants can apply with email + uploaded resume. They are prompted to claim a Merit profile after applying so you get the verified record on the next step.
What roles can I assign on my recruiting team?
Recruiter (full access), Hiring Manager (decisions on assigned roles), Interviewer (feedback on assigned interviews), and Viewer (read-only).
