I worked at companies where bonuses arrived in the paycheck, mixed with salary, weeks later. Nobody celebrated them. Nobody remembered them. I decided there was a better way.

The recognition that never arrives
Companies spend thousands of dollars a year on bonuses and incentives for their employees. But the way they deliver them - through payroll, physical gift cards, transfers that take days - makes that effort disappear. The employee doesn't feel the recognition because they don't see it. They don't touch it. They don't use it.
At the same time, hundreds of local businesses in Miami are steps away from corporate offices and have no way to attract those employees as customers. Corporate benefits programs are, in practice, exclusive to large chains.
Ampezy exists to fix that.

The road to today
We identified the problem
Working in the corporate sector, we saw firsthand how bonuses lost their impact through the way they were delivered.
We started building
First prototype of the digital wallet system and QR payments. Initial validation with companies in Miami.
The MVP is ready
Full-stack product: 50+ API endpoints, web apps, two mobile apps, Stripe subscriptions, KYC onboarding, and interactive investor demo.
Next step: scale
Seeking our first paying customers and strategic partners to bring Ampezy across the Americas.
